We also support our clients in creating automated front doors (Bots) to corporate and back-office services, reducing demand on teams in supporting the wider organisational need, repsonding to enquiries or providing access or answers to documented processes. We support and deliver development of knowledge bases that sit behind Ai bots, allowing colleagues to freely interact with documented processes, policies and procedures.

Microsoft 365 - Greater Utilisation

With the national contracts across England, Scotland and Wales for Microsoft licenses drawing on significant national funding, we actively promote a greater use of the tools and features that sit behind and within the many commonly used Microsoft suite of applications.

We support teams in upskilling, to grow capability to build and deploy tools in Power Automate, Power Apps and the wider Power Platform without attracting additional "premium" Microsoft licensing costs. Through a combination of automation and rule development, we help clients roll out citizen development programmes, allowing for the proliferation of controlled and "digitally safe" apps to be developed across operational teams and functions, reducing common bottlenecks and capacity challenges within digital project teams.
